Since records are submitted to the blockchain at registration, records are inherently unchangeable. However, if you make a mistake or would like to change the information that was included on a record you created, you can always create a correction record.
Under the submissions list, find the record that you would like to correct and click the pencil icon. You will then be prompted to re-enter the information from the record you are correcting. You will also need to re-upload documents. When you create a correction record, you are essentially creating a record on top of the previous record. Artory users will always be able to see that a registration, sale, or inclusion record has been corrected and will also be able to access the initial record. However, the artwork record and registration page will always only reflect the most up to date information you have entered.
